As you many of you know, on the 3rd Saturday in August you will find an awesome display of cars driving down Woodward Ave. in suburban Detroit.

They tried to cancel this event due to Covid, but as you know, you can’t cancel a cruise! It’s a public street and people will still drive down it. Now, there was no festival atmosphere but there were still nice cars.

And me, I just happened to be there, pretty much all day, and did my best to capture the cars I thought were worthy or interesting. This is only Volume 1 as 2 is still uploading.

Cool pics.  Just for the record, you can definitely cancel a cruise or parade or any number of other social gatherings.  We just live in a country too stupid to manage it!  Stay safe.

Did you see a crew of Ruckuses (Rucki?) roll through at all? There’s a big group of them in the Detroit area that meet and cruise it yearly. I’ve done it a few years, and had a lot of fun.
